You’ll be part of a team operating at the intersection of strategy, stakeholder intent, and technology enablement, playing a critical role in shaping change across the organisation.

Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will be accountable for shapingplex business needs into clear, oue‑focused value propositions and requirements that guide strategic decision‑making.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to discover true business problems, define desired oues, buildpelling business narratives, and ensure all technology solutions remain aligned to measurable business value. This is not a documentation-heavy role—it’s a strategic, high‑influence position that helps translate ambition into actionable, testable change.
Key responsibilities include:Business Problem & Value Definition
1. Leading structured discovery with senior stakeholders to define core business problems, true oues, and success measures.
2. Translating strategic objectives into clear business and capability goals.
3. Building and maintaining apelling business narrative centred on value.
Business Case & Planning
4. Supporting or leading business cases, options assessments, and investment rationale.
5. Working with Finance & Delivery to ensure assumptions are evidenced and benefits are measurable.
Requirements & Scope Ownership
6. Owning business requirements end‑to‑end, maintaining epics, features and oue‑led acceptance criteria.
7. Prioritising scope based on business value, risk, dependencies, and strategic alignment.
Stakeholder Navigation
8. Engaging confidently across executive teams, operations, tech and architecture.
9. Facilitating workshops to drive clarity, consensus, and evidence‑based decisions.
10. Acting as the trusted intermediary between ambition and delivery reality.
Technology Option Validation
11. Collaborating with architects and engineers to validate technology choices against business oues.
12. Ensuring requirements remain technology‑agnostic and oue‑driven.
13. Challenging capability‑led solutions where required.
Change & Oue Realisation
14. Helping define KPIs, oue measures, and benefit realisation indicators.
15. Supporting organisational change by articulating impacts to people, processes, and ways of working.
16. Ensuring delivered solutions stay aligned to the original business intent.
