Responsibilities
* Advising on investment funds, managed accounts, commercial, governance and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
* Contributing to strategic business initiatives and projects.
* Providing practical advice to translate complex legal and regulatory issues into business solutions.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in a well‑respected law firm or in‑house setting, with a solid grounding in asset management.
* Strong communication skills, team oriented and able to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
* Technically strong, commercially minded and able to translate complex issues into practical advice.
* Adaptable, hands‑on approach with confidence to operate in a fast‑moving environment and collaborate closely with other teams.
