We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a sound clerical background to join our reception team. The role will involve face to face reception work, answering telephone calls, and administrative work in a very busy GP surgery.
Hours will be discussed at interview but will involve some evenings.
Main duties of the job Receive,assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcareprofessional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
Providegeneral assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendlyimage to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
Assist with day-to-day administrative duties.
Some evenings (and weekends in the future) will be required.
About us We are a busy practice with 17,800 patients. We have a helpful and approachable team of GP's, nurses, secretaries and receptionists.
