Job Title: Children's Registered Manager\nLocation: Nottingham\nPay Rate: £55,800 Per Annum\n\nLiquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Children's Registered Manager in Nottingham. \n\nAbout Dove Care Homes:\n\nDove Care Homes is a trusted provider of high-quality residential care services, committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment. We are proud to be opening a brand-new home in Nottingham and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead this exciting new service.\n\nRole Overview:\n\nAs the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and day-to-day operations of our new care home in Nottingham.

You will ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, regulatory compliance is met, and a positive, nurturing environment is created for both residents and staff.\n\nWhat will your responsibilities be? \n\nLead the commissioning and setup of the new care home, ensuring readiness for opening.\nRegister with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager.\nRecruit, train, and manage a high-performing care team.\nEnsure the delivery of person-centred care that meets individual needs and promotes dignity and independence.\nMaintain compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.\nManage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.\nBuild strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care.Essential Requirements:\n\nPrevious experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential care setting.\nNVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).\nStrong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.\nProven leadership and team management skills.\nExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.\nPassionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference.Desirable:\n\nExperience in commissioning or opening a new care home.\nKnowledge of the Nottingham area and local care landscape.
