Our Support Worker role is vital in ensuring that the people we support can live as independently as possible within their own home and community. The care provided is tailored to individual needs. This role involves providing support with:
* Meal preparation and planning
* Domestic duties
* Mental wellbeing

Our service in Wroxham involves working long shifts throughout the day, either 12 or 14 hours between 8am and 10pm. Sleep-in shifts may also be required for this role.
