Working closely with the owner and Directors, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the hotel’s future, including vison and commercial direction on the property.

Role Responsibilities:
5. Provide hands-on, inclusive leadership across all departments

What We’re Looking For:
9. Genuine enthusiasm for F&B, hospitality, and events
10. Experience within boutique hotel operations, ideally in a similar environment
11. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
12. Strong communication skills and an adaptable, solutions-focused approach
