We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to support the assembly of machinery including mechanical fitting, cabling, servers, cooling systems, and power supplies.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble products from engineering drawings and work instructions
* Repair and rework mechanical assemblies
* Interpret electrical schematics and perform fault finding
* Ensure build quality through documentation and peer checks
* Meet production throughput targets
* Support prototype builds and project work with Manufacturing Engineering
* Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Adhere to safe working practices and company values
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience assembling complex electro-mechanical products
* Strong mechanical and workshop skills
* Ability to work independently and follow procedures
* Basic testing and problem-solving capabilities
* Understanding of electrical/mechanical drawings and safety standards
* Good communication and team collaboration skills
* GCSEs in Maths and English
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:30.
