We're looking for a Patient Coordinator / receptionist to join our team at Williams Dental Care. You will play a crucial role in managing patient appointments and treatment plans. Ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through to treatment completion.
This position requires excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of office procedures, and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients.
About The Role
This is not just a standard receptionist role; it will play a key role in growing our practice.
You'll be the first point of contact for patients manage patient appointments and treatment plans, ensuring a seamless experience.
You will also play a crucial role in converting patient enquiries into booked consultations and helping patients take the first step toward treatment that can genuinely change their lives.
This new role will provide opportunities to earn incentives and rewards for your performance and dedication to supporting the practice's growth. You will be involved in business development growth strategies. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with a results-focused mindset.
We are open to discussing full-time or part-time roles for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting patients, and ensuring all patients have an outstanding experience
* Build rapport and understand each patient's needs and concerns
* Manage appointment, treatment plan, and follow-up leads using our management system
* Respond to patient inquiries and convert incoming enquiries from phone, email, website and social media into booked appointments
* Work closely with the Practice Manager and the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey
* Track activity and performance, and identify opportunities to improve
* Take ownership of the action plan and be involved in business development and growth strategies
* Handling payments and invoices
* General housekeeping and keeping the practice looking impressive
About you:
* Proven experience with administrative and customer service roles in a private setting.
* Confident, warm and clear communication over the phone and in writing
* Strong organisation and attention to detail with accuracy in all aspects of work.
* Excellent IT skills
* Experience in the dental or medical sector is helpful but not required.
* Previous experience in sales support, marketing or coordination roles is advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided.
* A full driving license and a vehicle are a must due to the location.
