Job Overview The post holder will assist the trained nurses whilst working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient and the family in delivering evidenced-based practice to patient and clients. The post holder will carry out direct patient care as documented in the under the supervision of a Registered nurse and on completion of agreed competencies.
