Cognitive Behavioural Therapist - Fulham
Location: Mindplace Fulham, 15 Vanston Place, London, SW6 1AY
Type: Permanent, Part‑time hours available (minimum 2 days per week)

Session Requirements
 * Sessions Monday to Friday: Early shift 08:00‑16:00, Late shift 14:00‑22:00
 * At least one shift must be a late shift
 * Saturdays: 08:30‑17:00 (at least 1 in every 3 weekends)
 * Each day will include 5 appointments
Your Role
The Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist will provide high‑quality, safe and effective Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy.
Key Responsibilities
 * Provide high‑quality CBT or low‑level brief interventions with excellent clinical outcomes.
 * Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence‑based intervention.
 * Provide face‑to‑face, telephone or video consultations based on client preference.
 * Adhere to Bupa’s case‑management processes and work collaboratively with Clinical Leads and the therapy team.
 * Manage session limits based on client’s monetary allowance and therapeutic recovery goals.
 * Provide signposting or onward referrals as required.
 * Offer ad‑hoc or one‑off wellbeing support and coaching.
 * Provide one‑off assessments and referral recommendations.
 * Deliver group psycho‑education, raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing.
 * Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa’s service policies.
 * Attend individual and group clinical supervision in line with BUPA and professional body guidelines.
 * Collaborate with the clinical team to improve client and employee experience.
Essential Qualifications
 * Post‑Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) accredited by BABCP.
 * Full accreditation with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.
 * At least 2 years’ experience providing high‑intensity CBT interventions to working‑age clients.
Desirable
 * Training and accreditation in additional specialised areas such as EMDR.
 * Corporate experience and business understanding.
 * Leadership and management skills.

 * General adult mental health specialism experience.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Systems and electronic medical record systems.
 * Strong prioritisation, workload planning and diary management.
 * Excellent customer service and client liaison.
 * Exceptional clinical knowledge, presentation and communication skills.
 * Strong professional drive, enthusiasm, self‑motivation and ability to respond rapidly.
 * Experience managing caseloads and working towards targets.
 * Effective written and oral communication and team collaboration.
Personal Characteristics
 * Strong communication skills and organisational time management.
 * Ability to work autonomously in a busy environment.
 * Understanding of business environment and multidisciplinary teamwork.
