Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Supervisor to assist the Manager in the smooth operation of our business. This role combines leadership, customer service, and operational support, ensuring high standards across all areas, including bar, restaurant, and hotel services. The Supervisor will also support marketing initiatives and step in for holiday cover as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Manager with weekly operational and administrative tasks.
* Maintain high standards across all areas of the business, including bar, restaurant, and hotel operations.
* Collaborate with the Manager to plan and execute promotions, seasonal events, and special occasions (e.g., Easter, Christmas).
* Provide holiday cover and support across all operational areas.
* Perform hands-on bar and food service duties to support the team and allow the Manager to focus on back-office work.
* Actively engage in sales initiatives to drive revenue in the bar and restaurant.
* Handle hotel check-ins and manage reservations using the booking system.
* Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating and posting content to engage customers.
* Support staff by providing guidance, motivation, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a supervisory, hospitality, or customer service role.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Experience in bar, restaurant, and hotel operations is preferred.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
* Customer-focused with a hands-on approach.
