Job Description
A market-leading food retailer is looking for a Head of Grocery Buying to join its established team in London. The company are known for their high-quality natural and organic foods, focusing on strict quality standards-and offering sustainable, responsibly sourced products.
As Head of Groceries Buying, you'll be leading the largest category for the company, responsible for the largest turnover. With a team of 4, you'll drive the commercial working closely with the Commercial Director to grow sales and profitability.
Ideally, you will have experience as a Head of Buying, Senior Buyer, or Buying Manager. You'll be commercially minded, motivated, and solutions-focused, with the confidence to bring fresh ideas and new ways of working. A collaborative approach with clear expectations and excellent communication will be a must.
Basic salary is up to £85,000, plus an annual bonus worth up to £14,000. You'll also receive share options each year (around €26,000, vesting every two years). The office is based in a central London location offering hybrid working.
