The Operations Support Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office and operational processes. This role supports order processing, logistics, customs, and internal coordination, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team. What will my key tasks & responsibilities be? 1. Order & Sample Processing: a. Process sample and UK orders accurately and in a timely manner. b. Coordinate and track golden samples. c. Prepare samples and agendas for external meetings. 2. Logistics & Shipping: a. Maintain and update the shipping log and shipping schedule. b. Prepare and manage customs clearance instructions. 3. General & Administrative Support: a. Support external meetings, including sending out samples, distributing agendas and minutes b. Completing and distributing internal meeting notes. c. Maintain the showroom to a high standard. d. Manage incoming and outgoing office parcels. e. Provide helpline cover as required f. Provide ad hoc support to the Office Manager. g. Assist with other supply chain and logistical tasks as needed. 4. Event & Showcase Support: a. Assist with the planning and execution of showcases and events.
