Job Title: Dual Registered Manager
Location:Mapperley, Nottingham – Both Homes are in NG3
Salary: £60,000 DOE
Service: Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
Service Users: EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) – Candidates who are working towards this qualification may also be considered.
Experience: 3 Years in Children’s Residential and experience as a Registered Manager within the last 5 years

You will be an experienced registered manager, with a track record of good performance, demonstrated by having been rated “Good” or “Outstanding” within recent Ofsted Inspection. You will be committed to leading from the front in developing relationship-based practice with children.
Previous experience as a registered manager in a residential children's home
To hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
Hold a full driving licence

Some of your duties…
Be responsible for ensuring that the two homes provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with a range of complex needs.
Oversee the day-to-day running of the homes, including managing staff, maintaining relationships with external agencies, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
Demonstrate the standard of direct work with children required in the homes.
Ensure the two homes have in place policies, procedures, and practices necessary to safeguard and promote the welfare of our children.
Ensure that all available resources are deployed effectively to provide best value for children’s welfare.
Work in collaboration with partner services – therapists and educators, in the interests of children.
