As Receptionist, you will be responsible for the beautiful presentation of the reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen. Staging the environment with flowers and marketing materials, stocking and ordering catering supplies, and keeping an immaculately presented welcome desk. You will be well-versed in the meeting, greeting and welcoming high-profile and senior-level guests with finesse and charm. The facilities duties will include managing supplier and contractor relationships and budgets, overseeing H&S needs, First Aid, and ad hoc office supplier and organisation tasks. The ideal applicant may have come from a Reception and Facilities/Office Management role in a financial business and have had Cabin Crew training. Salary £40,000 - £45,000 5 days in the office
