Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As Programme Director – Education & Skills, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, development, and delivery of our education portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Education, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of education programmes and qualifications.
* Implement governance, reporting, and quality assurance frameworks.
* Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across internal teams and external partners.
* Engage with subject-matter experts, regulators, and employers to ensure industry relevance.
* Oversee resource planning, vendor management, and team leadership.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in programme development.
About You
You are an experienced programme leader with a proven track record in education, qualifications, or training environments. You thrive in complex, fast-paced settings and can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.
* Significant experience in programme/project management within education or professional qualifications.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with regulatory bodies.
* Expertise in governance, reporting, and quality assurance.
* Demonstrable experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
