Key Responsibilities for the Senior Mechatronics/Automation Engineer
* Design and develop complex machines such as electro-mechanical systems (robots, actuators and conveyors) as well as electrical and pneumatic control systems.
* Lead 3D CAD design processes from concept through to production.
* Programming PLC-based control systems.
* Integrate and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and robotic control systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust industrial automation solutions.
What this exciting company is looking for
* Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Control Systems or a related field.
* Proven experience in 3D CAD design.
* Strong background in electro-mechanical system design and build.
* Experience programming PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).
* Understanding of electrical and pneumatic control systems.
* Exposure to industrial automation and robotic systems (ABB, Fanuc, etc.).
