We are currently recruiting a HCPC‑registered podiatrist to join the King’s College Hospital Foundation Trust (KCHFT) Podiatry Service. This role is open to colleagues within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB). Nursing vacancies are also open to Student Nurses and Newly Qualified Nurses.
As a podiatrist, you will deliver high‑quality foot health care across a wide range of settings, including community clinics, hospital sites, patients’ homes, residential and nursing homes, prisons and Kent and Medway locations.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose and treat patients with pathological foot conditions or those at risk of serious foot health complications, using a full range of podiatric interventions.
* Provide biomechanical interventions, wound care and orthotic management in community, hospital and mobile care environments.
* Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of patient interventions to ensure continuity of care.
* Support podiatry assistants, students and administrative colleagues, providing guidance and professional insight.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and the wider department to deliver patient‑centred care.
Qualifications
* HCPC registered podiatrist with solid graduate clinical experience.
* Excellent diagnostic and assessment skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
