This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join the Inpatient Oncology at The Royal Surrey County Hospital. The applicant must have a previous experience in the role of Physiotherapy Assistant / Physiotherapy Technical Instructor within acute NHS cancer/oncology/neuro care. Would be ideal for someone who does not have HCPC registration. Candidates require excellent written and spoken English as well as excellent team working skills, adaptability and flexibility. There is a requirement for flexible working as the service operates over 7 days and bank holidays on a rostered system. The post may close early dependent on the number of applications received. Applicants will be approached, if shortlisted, via e mail to arrange interviews. Provide routine Physiotherapy assessment and treatment sessions independently, as directed by team lead. Assist physiotherapy team to deliver a high quality and effective service within the acute hospital, community locations and patient’s homes.
