The Role
We're looking for an experienced Visitor Attractions Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our site, covering retail, attractions, catering, and logistics. This is a senior management role, reporting directly to the General Manager, where you'll inspire and develop your teams to deliver outstanding customer service and maximise performance across all areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop departmental managers and their teams.
* Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and HR compliance.
* Drive commercial performance across retail, catering, and attractions.
* Ensure legal and company compliance across all areas of operation.
* Deliver high standards in health, safety, and visitor experience.
* Prepare and manage departmental budgets and purchasing activity.
* Act as Duty Manager on a rota basis, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Pay: £40,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
