Key Responsibilities
As Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding food and maintaining exceptional standards:
8. Lead, train and mentor junior kitchen staff including Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs
9. Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets quality and consistency standards
10. Support restaurant service, bar food, functions and events
11. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety
12. Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, allergens, COSHH and HACCP
13. Complete all kitchen documentation accurately and on time
What we’re looking for
To succeed as Chef, you’ll need:
14. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality hospitality environment
15. Demonstrated leadership experience supervising and training junior chefs
16. Strong organisation and time management skills
17. Passion for fresh food and consistently high standards
18. A calm, reliable and solutions-focused approach during busy service
19. Sound knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety and environmental health standards
