Slots Marketing Manager
Field-based role with presence when required to Head Office – Maidenhead.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating campaigns end to end, from concept to execution across multiple channels.
* Developing monthly marketing activity around new games, jackpots and seasonal moments.
* Partnering with CRM, PR, Social and Venue Ops to deliver consistently great messaging.
* Shaping supplier marketing and co‑promotions, aligning with product launches.
* Driving brand consistency across e‑gaming assets and in‑venue presentation.
* Generating insight‑driven plans to attract new customers.
* Owning forecasting, budgeting and ROI analysis for promotions.
* Ensuring activity is compliant with regulation and safer gambling guidelines.
What You Bring
* Previous marketing experience with demonstrable campaign ownership.
* Knowledge of slot machines, electronic tables or electronic gaming.
* Strong stakeholder skills, including suppliers and operational teams.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to read performance and adjust strategy.
* Experience in multi‑site or high‑volume consumer brands is an advantage.
* Creative energy with attention to detail and a hands‑on attitude.
* Resilience, problem‑solving and confidence to own a high‑impact category.
