Business Development Executive

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (1 day per week in the office)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission OTE 45K +
Additional: £5,400 car allowance + £960 mobile/Wi‑Fi allowance + fuel expenses
Your Earning Potential

£28k - Proven B2B performer with 18+ months' experience selling a service on contract
£30k - Experienced professional from the hygiene or similar contract services sector (2+ years proven success)Realistic OTE: £45k+ including commission, car allowance and benefits.

About the Role

What You'll Do
Generate new business via door‑to‑door prospecting and focused telephone campaigns
Present consultatively to business clients - no hard sell, just smart selling
Maintain loyal client relationships through exceptional service
Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top‑tier delivery for your customers
What You'll Bring

Previous B2B or field sales experience - or drive and talent to prove yourself rapidly
