Customer Coordinator

Reporting to the Contract Support Manager, you will provide administrative support, fault coordination, and engineering tasking. You will ensure documentation tracking and databases are maintained according to contractual agreements.
What you’ll do:
* Maintain fault records accurately on time and as planned.
* Process all work within established processes and procedures for contractual requirements.
* Achieve engineer tasking within timeframes and planned requirements for the contract and customer expectations.
* Be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, support, and fault calls.
* Support overall operations, deliver excellent customer service, fault support, and administrative support as needed.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects as requested.
Who you are:
This role is ideal for an organized and enthusiastic administrator comfortable working independently. Strong communication skills across all levels are essential.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in data management and information transfer requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience with Oracle.
