Job Role: Nursery Administrator
Location: Romsey
Salary: £13.50 per hour (£21,060 per annum)
Hours: 30 hours per week, 8.00am to 2.00pm, Monday – Friday
Welcome to Little Sunlights
Little Sunlights is a much-loved nursery, set within the grounds of (but independently from) The Romsey School. We provide care and education for children aged four months to four years, 5 days a week (8am-6pm), 51 weeks of the year. Our setting includes extensive outdoor space, daily access to our Nature Nursery and unique links with the school – with pupils visiting each morning to read, play and build relationships with our children.
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Administrator to be a key part of our nursery team. As the first point of contact for families, visitors, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive, professional atmosphere: handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our front-of-house operations.

We are looking for a candidate who:
· Has previous administration experience
· Is a confident communicator verbally and written
· Has the ability to work on own initiative
· Is highly organised with good attention to detail
· Has excellent admin and IT skills
· Can manage their own time effectively
· Has a flexible approach
· Can maintain confidentiality at all times
