The Role As a Senior Cloud Accountant, you’ll: Supervise and review tasks like bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payment runs using cloud tools like Xero and Dext. Prepare and review management reports, budgets, and cashflows. Lead the preparation of year-end accounts and corporate tax returns. Deliver innovative cloud accounting projects, including software migrations and client health checks. Train and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development. Build trusted relationships with clients, offering tailored advisory services. Collaborate on client onboarding and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency. Stay ahead of industry trends by researching cloud accounting solutions. What We’re Looking For 5 years of experience in accountancy practice, with cloud accounting expertise. Proficiency in Xero and related cloud platforms. Completed or in-progress AAT/ACA/ACCA qualification. Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
