Our client is leading mechanical engineeringcompany who specialise in designing equipment for scientific purposes.
Due to increased demand they are looking for an enthusiastic and highly driven Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities and Experience required:
1. Minimum of 10+ years’ work experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
2. Proficient in using Autodesk Inventor.
3. Designing all types of equipment and systems for Vacuum, Pressure, Water, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, High pressure Gas and Induction heating
4. Previously carried out Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
5. Good communication and written skills.
6. Ability to fit in and work well in a team, but confident enough to work autonomously when required.
7. Degree educated in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
8. Proficient in performing engineering calculations.
9. Must be a UK Passport Holder and have a Full UK Driving License.
