You will manage your own caseload of complex Clinical Negligence matters, with a particular emphasis on birth injury and obstetric claims, alongside other serious and high‑value cases including:
You will work closely with experienced Partners and Senior Associates on sensitive, high‑value litigation, while developing increased responsibility and profile within the team. There will also be scope to contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
