Snapshot of the Role As Reporting Finance Manager, youll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant financial information. Youll lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management and statutory accounts in line with FRS 102, and coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions. Youll play a key role in: Leading the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis Preparing group consolidations and Board Packs for senior stakeholders Managing statutory accounts and liaising with auditors to ensure smooth audit delivery Overseeing tax compliance (Corporation Tax, VAT, CIS) and regulatory filings Monitoring banking covenants and supporting liquidity planning through detailed cash flow forecasting Supporting finance transformation initiatives and process improvements Coaching and guiding cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture This role offers a unique opportunity to influence financial strategy, improve processes, and contribute to a values-led organisation.
