Programmatic and Paid Social Executive – Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

We’re looking for a skilled Programmatic Executive to join our in‑house performance marketing team and help grow our Paid Social and Programmatic channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimising campaigns, analysing data, running tests and collaborating with the team to improve performance. You will help drive high‑quality traffic to haven.com through targeted display, video and social campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with brand teams to deploy high‑quality, optimised creative across channels, using data to drive performance and insights.
* Create, manage, and optimise Programmatic campaigns to meet KPI and budget targets.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance daily, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
* Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure creative assets—paid social ads, display ads, and YouTube videos—are produced to a high standard.
* Support the Head of Paid Social and Programmatic in evaluating campaigns and identifying opportunities to drive high‑quality traffic to haven.com within performance goals.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Programmatic marketing is essential, with a general understanding of digital marketing and its role within the wider marketing ecosystem.
