The Role:
This role is with Adopt South, the partnership Regional Adoption Agency for Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, and Southampton local authorities, with the lead authority Hampshire County Council as the employer.
Based within the Adoption Support Team, we are seeking a compassionate, organised and child-focused individual to work in our Keeping in Touch team.
What you’ll do:
In this vital role, you will assess families and children’s needs, support ways to maintain and strengthen the relationships between adoptive families and important people from a child’s life and most importantly, work to ensure that children's voices are heard.
