My client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Learning and Development Manager to join a prestigious global law firm and support their Business Services population. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs across blended learning methods, with a particular focus on face-to-face training. Responsibilities: Develop a strategic learning and development plan tailored to the needs of the Business Services population. Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs utilizing blended learning approaches, including virtual sessions, e-learning modules, and other innovative methods. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning content. Ensure training programs align with the firm's strategic goals and objectives, as well as industry best practices. Oversee the training budget, track expenditures, and optimize resources to maximize training effectiveness. Monitor and assess training outcomes to measure the success of programs and identify areas for improvement. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and tailor programs accordingly. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in learning and development methodologies. Act as a consultant and advisor to senior leaders and managers on learning and development initiatives. Work closely with the Head of Learning to develop the firms training strategies and goals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (5 years) in a learning and development role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong background in designing and delivering training programs utilizing blended learning approaches, with a focus on face-to-face training. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficient in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools. Knowledge of current learning and development trends, best practices, and industry regulations. Professional certifications in learning and development or related fields are desirable.
