My client, an established property management company, is seeking a Technical Services Manager to join their Property Management team at a prominent building in Leicester. The role involves providing technical services support and management across the site.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of all technical services, including reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring optimal performance across hard services.
* Ensure full compliance with statutory legislation, health and safety standards, and site policies, acting as the lead for all technical audits and assurance checks.
* Manage the Building Management System (BMS) and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
* Support capital works and fit‑out projects, collaborating with occupiers, contractors, and the client to ensure successful delivery of services.
* Manage the technical services budget in line with business plans.
Qualifications
* Solid background in building services.
* Strong leadership experience.
* Well‑versed in compliance, operational systems, and contractor management.
* Relevant engineering qualification.
* Health and safety certification (e.g., IOSH or NEBOSH).
