Recruitment Administrator

Wakefield, West Yorkshire | Office-Based | Full-Time | Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

We’re Evolve, a team of specialist recruiters connecting exceptional talent with the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Pharmacy, and Life Sciences industries. We’re looking for a detail-driven Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team at our Wakefield HQ.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who’s looking for a career in the recruitment sector.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in administration roles
* Strong IT skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* A friendly, professional communicator
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multi-tasking, and can confidently support a busy recruitment team
* Must be within commuting distance of Wakefield

A Taster of the Day-to-Day Responsibilities for the Recruitment Administrator:

* Preparing CVs prior to submission to clients, as directed by the recruitment team
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for confidential client and candidate information
* Updating and managing internal CRM/database systems with acute accuracy
* Posting new vacancies on internal systems, ensuring full job details are added promptly
* Creating, advertising, and managing job ads across various online platforms
* Providing updates to candidates on application progress
* Assisting in arranging and confirming interviews over the phone
* Creating targeted recruitment mailshots to attract candidates
* Supporting social media activity and content posting using LinkedIn and Canva
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the relevant team members
