About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and help transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across our business.
What you will be doing
* Extracting, transforming and presenting data from our data lake and marts to support business performance
* Creating visually engaging reports and dashboards using Power BI
* Monitoring data quality and identifying anomalies across business units
* Supporting regular reporting cycles including daily, weekly and monthly outputs
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights
Qualifications
* Background in broker account management or business development
* Strong understanding of London Market wholesale accounts
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems
* Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records
* Willingness to work towards professional qualifications (with SRG support)
