I am looking for someone to care for my boy Georgie. He is a miniature labradoodle with a lot of energy and love. He would prefer a female carer as he can be a little anxious around men he doesn't know well. He is friendly but does have anxious triggers on walks, such as bicycles etc. Georgie is intact and doesn't like other intact dogs that are bigger than him. He has never been violent, but has had a few growls. I'd ideally be looking for someone who has experience of these types of dogs. On walks, Georgie loves to sniff. If he sees other people, or dogs, he can get a bit too excited and wants to say hello. So I'd need someone who really knows how to control a dog. He loves playing fetch with his ball and would love a safe and secure fenced back garden, but that's not a necessity. At home, he loves snuggling up and snoozing. He needs someone who loves dogs, but is also confident in being in control. Georgie is used to sleeping overnight with me nearby and doesn't settle unless he's near someone, so it's essential Georgie would sleep in his bed, in the bedroom with you. Overall, he's a loyal, affectionate boy who loves getting love and attention.
