Senior Surveyor / Associate Director - Rural Land Management

Key Responsibilities
5. Act as principal agent for key estate clients, delivering first-class advice.
6. Conduct estate and farming business reviews and ensure client objectives are met.
7. Drive diversification projects and support strategic land promotion.
8. Manage valuations for secured lending and other professional work.
9. Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
10. MRICS-qualified rural surveyor (Rural pathway preferred) with 3-5 years PQE.
11. Strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
12. Ability to manage complex workloads with accuracy and attention to detail.
13. CAAV/SAAVA membership is a bonus.
