We’re recruiting!
Join us as a Learning Disability Casual Support Worker and help build a future where learning disabled people live the best life possible.
We know that life can be complicated for everybody. But some of us are stopped from working towards our dreams. Many learning disabled people aren’t heard about the support they’d like. Some won’t get to decide what they do for work or how to spend or save their money. Many won't get to try out new hobbies they’d love to explore.
But you can change all that.
Join our growing team in Chessington and Surbiton, and receive all the training you need to become a confident Support Worker.
If our values — Kind, Diverse, Positive, and Visionary — resonate with you, then we already share a lot. Come on board to support learning disabled adults with these values, helping them develop skills, achieve their life goals, and thrive in your community.
What we offer you
* Location: Supported Living services in Chessington, Surbiton, & Kingston
* Salary: £13.85 per hour
* Hours: 23-30 hours per week, working a mix of early shifts, late shifts, every other weekend, and sleep-ins
* Holidays: 33 days annual leave, including 8 statutory bank holidays
* Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% extra for key dates over Christmas

What you’ll be doing
Every day is different. You might support someone to plan their weekly shop, go on outdoor adventures, provide personal care, attend their favourite gig, build confidence in using public transport, or teach money management skills. Your role is to support people in discovering new interests, achieving goals, and maintaining relationships with family and friends.
You’ll provide high-quality care and support for learning disabled adults, listening to their needs, assisting with daily tasks like medication and cooking, and helping build confidence for new adventures. Working various shifts will help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Having a full driving license is helpful but not essential.
We look forward to meeting you at our Surrey services!
Find your place with us and change lives.
