Role Description

We are looking for a thoughtful, talented, and experienced Senior Manager to drive UKI program growth as part of Sales Programs. Our team is focused on enabling AEs on how to successfully and efficiently create quality, velocity pipe gen while driving Seller Success across the board. We are looking for impactful and driven people that are passionate about helping sales teams succeed. Every sales play/program we execute has a measurable dollar impact. This role combines the creative process of designing prescriptive programs and strategies, with the “business end” of operationalising these programs with sales teams to ensure they are executed and produce results.

You will be the business partner to one of our Sales Leaders, collaborating closely with him/her and his/her directs to understand their pipe generation needs, becoming their trusted advisor. Additionally, you will collaborate with a diverse group from UKI to develop and execute sales programs to meet pipeline and ACV needs, and then track the dollar results and adapt the sales programs as necessary based upon lessons learned.

The ideal candidate has either been in Sales or worked directly with Sales to understand a salesperson’s needs and mentality, combined with an understanding of how to develop and execute a structured program. Your analytical mind, executive presence, strong collaboration skills and ability to identify and solve critical problems enables you act as a trusted adviser and business partner to Sales leaders. You are not waiting for tasks, you proactively provide ideas on how to increase productivity and success by analysing data. You will collaborate with key stakeholders such as Sales Strategy, Enablement, Field & Product marketing, and the broader Productivity team, to deliver programs that meet your sales team’s needs.


Responsibilities

* Partner with Sales Leaders to understand pipe generation needs and act as a trusted advisor.
* Collaborate with UKI and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize prescriptive sales programs.
* Design programs with measurable impact on pipeline and annual contract value (ACV) and track results.
* Operate programs to ensure execution and ongoing improvement based on lessons learned.
* Proactively generate ideas to increase productivity and success through data analysis.
* Work with Sales Strategy, Enablement, Field & Product Marketing, and the Productivity team to meet sales team needs.


Qualifications

* Seasoned executive presence with the ability to read the room, adapt to stakeholder needs, and build strong relationships.
* Program management experience in a sales environment; knowledge of all steps of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
* Strong networking, collaboration, and curiosity to learn and adapt across an organization.
* Ability to drive best practices in execution and to work well as a team player, generating new ideas or leveraging what works.
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong written and oral communication, including experience in executive discussions.
* Structured project management with a creative approach to engaging sales programs.
* Ability to manage multiple, competing stakeholders and priorities.
* Strong communicator who can think on their feet and engage with senior sales leaders.
* Self-reflective with the ability to evaluate past work, learn, and improve.
* Commitment to open, forthright conversations and to sharing perspectives constructively.


Minimum Requirements

* 10 years of deep understanding of sales—whether frontline sales, Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations.
* Ability to influence and work cross-functionally; strong stakeholder relationship skills.
* Experience designing or influencing revenue-producing sales campaigns, programs, or go-to-market strategies.
* Ability to draw actionable insights from data and interviews with salespeople and sales leaders.
* Experience with Salesforce reporting dashboards.
* Strong communicator with the ability to engage with senior sales leaders and manage multiple stakeholders.
