Are you a Facilities Maintenance Technician with 18th edition or similar looking for a stable, long term, permanent position at a national company who have grown exponentially over the last 5 years? In this role, youll be responsible for the repairs and preventative maintenance of the companys buildings across the UK.
Key duties include general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and cladding), liaising with external contractors, following CDM-compliant safe work systems, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
The role is 40 hours per week with rota d shifts Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30.
