Job Title: 1:1 Tutor (Home/School Setting)
Location: Wellingborough
Hours: During school hours (flexible)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutors to support pupils in the Wellingborough area. This role involves delivering personalised, one-to-one tuition either in the pupil’s home or within a school setting during school hours.
You will be working with students who may require additional academic support to help improve attainment, build confidence, and re-engage with learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition sessions
* Plan and adapt lessons based on individual learning needs
* Monitor and report on student progress
* Create a positive and engaging learning environment
* Liaise with parents, schools, and support staff
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring)
* Strong subject knowledge (English, Maths, or Science preferred)
* Ability to motivate and inspire learners
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience supporting SEN or EHCP students
