As a Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) Technician, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. From diagnostics to repairs and component refits, your expertise plays a key role in delivering outstanding results for our customers.
Responsibilities
 * Perform all MET-related tasks including diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, and component removal/refit
 * Follow manufacturer-approved methods to ensure accurate, safe, and compliant repairs
 * Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify issues and inform repair plans
 * Work closely with Bodyshop and Paint teams to ensure workflow efficiency and repair quality
 * Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
 * Keep your work area organised, clean, and safe
 * Proven experience as an MET Technician, ideally within a bodyshop or accident repair centre
 * Strong understanding of vehicle systems, electronics, and modern repair techniques
 * ATA accreditation preferred, or willingness to achieve it with our support
 * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
 * Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills
 * Full UK driving licence
