Corpay is currently seeking a Product Owner for our r2c division, a market leader in digital asset management solutions for fleets of all sizes. This hybrid role sits within our Product Management team and works closely with Product Development, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

Role Overview
As defined by Scrum, the Product Owner is accountable for maximising the value of the product from the work of the Scrum Team. You will manage a set of features or project initiatives, own the product roadmap, and ensure successful delivery to users. The r2c platform includes a core product with optional modules, country‑specific variants, bulk data interfaces and real‑time integrations.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and communicate the Product Goal
* Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritised, refined and aligned with business objectives
* Ensure the backlog is transparent, visible and understood by all stakeholders
* Maintain a deep understanding of all system features
* Stay informed on market trends and future product requirements
* Collaborate with Development and QA teams to support product delivery
* Coordinate product development activities and manage change requests
* Contribute to the platform development lifecycle
* Manage product releases, including documentation and version control, and approve releases ensuring quality standards
* Communicate releases internally and externally
* Provide product expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, training relevant teams on product features
* Collaborate across teams: Software Development, QA, Product Support, Network Support, Project Management, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing
* Manage relationships with external partners: Operators, Workshops, Manufacturers, R&M providers, Third‑party partners
Qualifications & Skills
* 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager
* Experience in service, maintenance, tyres or repair industries (desirable)
* Knowledge of the HGV industry (preferred)
* Strong IT literacy (Microsoft tools, video conferencing, product management tools)
* Creative thinking with focus on platform design
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confident presenting to groups
* Strong team player, reliable and proactive
Special Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (national travel required)
