Job Description
Salary: £12.89 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.50 per hour + £1.39 holiday pay) + Enhancements

Holiday Pay
As a Retail Count Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at various client sites. Flexibility is required as shift lengths may vary, and travel to different sites is expected. Some overnight stays may be necessary.
Working Days: Monday - Sunday (5 out of 7 days shift pattern)
Hours: Evening/Night shifts

* Ensure procedures and processes are followed correctly
* Deliver exceptional customer service on all sites
* Complete stock counts accurately within deadlines
* Monitor and improve team productivity
Person Specification:
* Full valid Driving License
* Effective communication skills with all personnel levels
* Basic IT skills
* Ability to stay focused under pressure
* Effective time management and ability to work independently
* Willingness and ability to travel
Note: The role involves prolonged standing, using step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail premises, including at ground and high levels.
This role requires working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. Applicants must be 18 or older.
