As a Floor Manager, youll take responsibility for daily service and the guest journey on your section. From briefings and table management to supporting the wider front-of-house team, youll ensure service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Who we are looking for:
12 years experience in a supervisory or floor management role
Excellent knowledge of premium service standards
Confident leading a team on the floor and managing guest flow
Experience supporting with rota planning and floor operations
