This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor who is passionate about helping clients navigate sensitive and complex family law matters with professionalism, empathy, and care. Key Responsibilities* Advise clients on a full range of family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial settlements, and private law children matters. * Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. * Prepare and review legal documents such as petitions, agreements, and consent orders. * Manage your own caseload independently, ensuring cases progress efficiently and effectively. * Provide clear and compassionate communication throughout the client journey. * Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals (including barristers, mediators, and social workers) to achieve positive outcomes. * Keep up to date with developments in family law and maintain CPD compliance. Requirements* Qualified Solicitor with 4-5+ years PQE in family law. * Strong experience in financial remedy and private law children matters. * Knowledge of cohabitation, pre-nuptial, and post-nuptial agreements. * Excellent advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills. * Organised, motivated, and confident managing a busy caseload. * Passionate about delivering exceptional client care and supporting families through challenging times.
