We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our fantastic team at our site based in Heathrow, Midlands or Birchwood Park. Working closely with senior leadership, the role contributes directly to the execution of business priorities and the smooth running of cross-functional workflows. Success will require outstanding organisational capabilities, sound judgment, initiative, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
1. Coordinate and monitor strategic projects, supporting planning and delivery
2. Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and performance updates
3. Enable effective cross-departmental communication and accountability
4. Organise and facilitate workshops, reviews, and project meetings
5. Identify operational risks, flag delays, and propose corrective actions
6. Collate data and insights for business intelligence reports and dashboards
7. Diary management for business line leadership team engagements
8. Support preparation of meetings including attendees, agendas, records, and action tracking
9. Contribute to internal and external communications, including briefings and presentations
10. Prepare stakeholders for key business engagements and interactions
11. Handle sensitive records and information with discretion and care
12. Monitor priorities and key deadlines to ensure leadership alignment
Qualifications
13. Background in high-paced administrative or operational environments
14. Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
15. Clear and confident communication skills across stakeholders
16. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
17. Creation and management of complex projects including:Time lines and milestone creation and trackingAction collation and disseminationAction follow up and reportingStakeholder management both internal, including executive level, and the wider stakeholder management landscape
18. Ability to operate across multiple sites and workstreams within a virtual environment

To gain security clearance you must have five years continuous residency in the UK.
