We’re on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Planner to join our growing Project Management Office (PMO). You’ll be supporting the delivery of an ambitious Capital Investment Portfolio, helping shape critical infrastructure to support the UK submarine programme. What will you be doing?
* Lead the tactical scheduling of live projects within the Capital Infrastructure Planning Team.
* Provide key interface across Project Managers, Commercial, Engineering, Construction & Supply Chain.
* Assist Programme Managers in all aspects of project scheduling.
* Align project cost with scheduling tools – primarily Primavera P6.
* Support strategic project objectives & annual spend forecasting.
* Deliver data-driven schedule reports (Cost, Risk, Estimating, Change).
* Perform schedule variance & critical path analysis.
* Support planning assurance & continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
* Extensive hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (Advanced level).
* Proven ability to develop scheduling tools for improved analysis & challenge.
* Confidence in delivering schedule assurance and planning peer reviews.
* Experience in coaching & upskilling planning teams.
* Ability to deliver training on Project Controls concepts.
* Developed understanding of Project Management & Project Controls.

* APM PPC Foundation
* APM PFQ
* Background in Project Management
* Level 3 Qualification or above
