Job Role: Electrician
Location: HMP The Mount, Bovingdon, Hemel Hempstead HP3 0NZ
Salary: £38,333.37 - £41,818.21 plus £1,000 in RRA and 5% shift allowance
Contract: Full time / Permanent – 2 positions available
We are seeking a dedicated Electrician to join our team at HMP The Mount, a category C prison. The Facilities Maintenance Team supports the smooth and safe operation of the site, and all activities impact prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.

We are a Ministry Of Justice business providing critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for an Electrician with the following qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
* Two years' experience working in a role as an electrician
* Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical systems
* Good working knowledge of planned preventive maintenance operations
* Electrician qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
* 18th Edition
* Certificate in BS7671
* Good Health & Safety knowledge.
* Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
