Position Overview
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be central to the sales and project coordination process. You will manage client orders from quotation to delivery. Your work will directly support the sales team and ensure excellent customer service. This role is key to maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Manage sales and project coordination from start to finish.
* Source products and prepare accurate client quotations.
* Process orders, including raising purchase orders.
* Liaise with suppliers and couriers for timely delivery.
* Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
* Support the sales and production teams with daily tasks.
* Assist with marketing activities and CRM database management.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role.
* Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
* Confidence working with numbers and processing data.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Ability to multitask and work well independently.
* A friendly, reliable, and trustworthy approach to work.
* Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
